Outside of the adviser world Jen is married with two young children to keep her busy so she understands the importance of making things easy and stress free for her clients.

Jo joined the Taylored team in early 2023 and has been working in the finance industry for the past 6 years, with a background in both insurance and lending advice.
Specialising in Life & Health insurance, she is committed to delivering a personalised and knowledgeable service to every client.
Her “Taylored” approach involves helping to educate clients around different insurance products, providing them with the knowledge and understanding they need to make informed decisions about protecting their future and the things that matter most.
Outside of the office Jo enjoys boating, spending time at the beach and Latin dancing.

Carly has worked in the finance industry for over 8 years and after providing adviser support for a number of years, she transitioned into a Mortgage Adviser role herself.
She has a passion for providing upfront quality advice in a no-nonsense manor and prides herself on effective communication and building long standing relationships with her clients. Her main goal is to take away the stress out of what can often be quite an emotional and anxious time, while providing solutions to her clients to help them achieve both their financial and personal goals.
Carly joined the Taylored Mortgages team in 2023 to head the office in Levin and she is very excited to be able to work with clients in the local Horowhenua area, as well as supporting clients throughout the rest of NZ.
Outside of the office, you may find her out exploring NZ with her family in their caravan along with their 4 King Charles Cavalier pups!

With over a decade of experience in Residential Mortgages, Josh Martin joins the Taylored Mortgages Team based in the Bay of Plenty with a wealth of experience & expertise to offer his clients, no matter the stage in their journey
Josh believes in simplifying the lending process and providing clients with the advice and support they need to reach their unique goals. Be it a first home, first investment, or a fresh start after one of those curve balls that life can throw at us, Josh is here to help his clients every step of the way.
Outside of the office Josh has two young kids so spends his time exploring what the Tauranga region has to offer, and is also an avid renovator, so switches from the calculator at work for a hammer at home.

Emma has been with Taylored Mortgages since 2021, coming from a background of banking and customer service.
Emma takes care of managing the administrative requirements of the company and ensuring efficient support for the adviser team.
She also works closely with Jen Taylor to make sure that customers’ expectations are exceeded, and compliance is on point.

With over 14 years in the finance industry, Belinda joined the Taylored team in 2021.
Belinda understands what is needed to support our clients through the application and house purchasing process.
You will find her assisting our advisers and their clients with their journey into home ownership, making it easier & seamless to achieve those dreams!

Philadelphia joined the Taylored team in 2023 after 15 years in the finance and construction industries.
Philadelphia also assists the advisors with application requirements ensuring your applications have everything they need to process efficiently.

Jess joined the Taylored team in 2023 after years in the customer service and administration industry.
Jess is here to support the advisers with application requirements to ensure that applications are ready to go in an efficient and timely manner.
KATHRYN
Adviser Support
Kathryn join the Taylored team in 2024 with over 30 years experience in Property and managing rental portfolios. Kathryn comes to join Jen and the growing team and is support for our Insurance advisor.
Working closely together she is there to ensure customers expectations are exceeded and assist them wherever possible.
