Outside of the adviser world Jen is married with two young children to keep her busy so she understands the importance of making things easy and stress free for her clients.

Pip joins the Taylored team after having worked in the banking and insurance sector for over 16 years now.
Outside of the office, Pip loves spending time with her family on the farm and riding her horses. She also loves catching up with family and friends.

Josafa is a dedicated member of the Taylored Advice team with a strong passion for helping others secure their financial futures. Based in the Manawatu and serving clients nationwide, he specializes in Insurance advice.

Known for his calm and caring nature, Josafa’s patience and focus ensure that his clients receive the right financial solutions, with every detail thoroughly explained.
He excels at guiding clients through their options, empowering them to make well-informed decisions. His expertise in both insurance and KiwiSaver allows him to offer comprehensive, tailored advice that meets each client’s unique needs.

Born and raised in Brazil, Josafa spent six years in Quebec, Canada, before making New Zealand his home. His diverse background gives him a unique perspective that he brings to his work and client relationships.

Carly has worked in the finance industry for over 8 years and after providing adviser support for a number of years, she transitioned into a Mortgage Adviser role herself.
She has a passion for providing upfront quality advice in a no-nonsense manor and prides herself on effective communication and building long standing relationships with her clients. Her main goal is to take away the stress out of what can often be quite an emotional and anxious time, while providing solutions to her clients to help them achieve both their financial and personal goals.
Carly joined the Taylored Mortgages team in 2023 to head the office in Levin and she is very excited to be able to work with clients in the local Horowhenua area, as well as supporting clients throughout the rest of NZ.
Outside of the office, you may find her out exploring NZ with her family in their caravan along with their 4 King Charles Cavalier pups!

With over a decade of experience in Residential Mortgages, Josh Martin joins the Taylored Mortgages Team based in the Bay of Plenty with a wealth of experience & expertise to offer his clients, no matter the stage in their journey
Josh believes in simplifying the lending process and providing clients with the advice and support they need to reach their unique goals. Be it a first home, first investment, or a fresh start after one of those curve balls that life can throw at us, Josh is here to help his clients every step of the way.
Outside of the office Josh has two young kids so spends his time exploring what the Tauranga region has to offer, and is also an avid renovator, so switches from the calculator at work for a hammer at home.

Emma has been with Taylored Mortgages since 2021, coming from a background of banking and customer service.
Emma takes care of managing the administrative requirements of the company and ensuring efficient support for the adviser team.
She also works closely with Jen Taylor to make sure that customers’ expectations are exceeded, and compliance is on point.

Kathryn join the Taylored team in 2024 with over 30 years experience in Property and managing rental portfolios. Kathryn comes to join Jen and the growing team and is support for our Insurance advisor.
