Based in the Manawatu but working across the country, Jen Taylor is one of New Zealand’s top mortgage advisers and is passionate about providing Taylored solutions for her clients to achieve their goals.
Having worked in the banking sector for over 15 years now, Jen has a passion for doing right by her clients and helping them succeed no matter the complexity of the situation.
Outside of the adviser world Jen is married with two young children to keep her busy so she understands the importance of making things easy and stress free for her clients.

Pip joins the Taylored team after having worked in the banking and insurance sector for over 16 years now.
Outside of the office, Pip loves spending time with her family on the farm and riding her horses. She also loves catching up with family and friends.

Based in the Manawatu and working with clients nationwide, Alana is passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping people achieve their homeownership goals.
With a love for numbers and spreadsheets, she brings both precision and care to guiding clients through the mortgage application and home-buying journey—making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Since joining Taylored Mortgages in January 2025, Alana has built valuable experience supporting the application and submission process behind the scenes. She has now stepped into the Adviser role, where she combines her strong knowledge of home lending with a commitment to providing clear, friendly advice to guide her clients.
When she’s not in the office, Alana enjoys keeping active, spending quality time with her young family, and has a love for shopping…especially when it comes to handbags!
